Pricing and Process:

• Drive and power supply routine repairs are priced at $600, plus the cost of any non routine parts. Non routine parts would be components like IGBT transistor modules, complete pcb’s, plastic, etc. A routine repair includes wash, repair/replacement of all bad components and replacement of all common failure components like capacitors, resistors, diodes, relays, fans, etc, and complete testing on a FANUC control. 
• Servo motor routine repairs are priced at $600, plus the cost of any non routine parts. Non routine parts would be a stator, rotor, encoder, or brake. A routine repair includes wash/clean, new bearings, seals, paint and complete testing on a FANUC control.
• Spindle motor routine repairs are priced dependent on size and series. Please contact us for pricing. 
• Once we receive your equipment, we’ll conduct a thorough evaluation to determine the parts needed for the repair. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed invoice for approval before we proceed with the repair.
