Pricing and Process:
- Drive and power supply routine repairs are priced at $600, plus the cost of any non routine parts.
- Non routine parts would be components like IGBT transistor modules, complete pcb’s, plastic, etc.
- A routine repair includes wash, repair/replacement of all bad components and replacement of all common failure components like capacitors, resistors, diodes, relays, fans, etc, and complete testing on a FANUC control.
- Servo motor routine repairs are priced at $600, plus the cost of any non routine parts.
- Non routine parts would be a stator, rotor, encoder, or brake.
- A routine repair includes wash/clean, new bearings, seals, paint and complete testing on a FANUC control.
- Spindle motor routine repairs are priced dependent on size and series. Please contact us for pricing.
- Once we receive your equipment, we’ll conduct a thorough evaluation to determine the parts needed for the repair.
- Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed invoice for approval before we proceed with the repair.
